Arkh-Angell - Storm Strength Orkney Gin - 70cl

I have a brother in law (Dave) obsessed with buying local produce from local people. He’s not a supermarket boy and Orkney is definitely not local. So every year at birthday time he buys me an obscure bottle of malt or gin. Arkh-Angell was this years offering. I’m a gin addict, hate fruity gins (would love to say I’m a connoisseur but I’m working class!) but WOW!!!! He has surpassed himself this year with the Storm strength Arkh-Angell coming in at 57%. This is the finest gig I have ever tasted. Magnificence in a bottle.

Amazing strong gin (and I’ve tried quite a few navy strength ones).

Tried this gin at a tasting session in the distillery. First sip numbed my tongue as they said it would.... but made the way they recommend or just with ice this gin is just perfect.
Smooth, strong and everything a gin should be. I've tried other storm strength gins and none come close to the taste and smoothness of this one.
Now on my 4th bottle cannot recommend this gin enough *****
